7:12 pm	Classes. I am taking: Classics, European Languages, Honours English, Biology, Physics, and World History. The first day of classes wasn't too strenuous. I haven't seen my roommate around much at all. There was some kind of party last night, but I caught up on my reading, instead. Father says it's more important to study than to make friends, especially since most of the people I'll meet here aren't really the sort who'll help me get anywhere later in life. I think he's more lenient with River, though. I wonder where she is, no one seems to know which dorm she's in. (18 Comments |Comment on this)

11:30 am	I'm still trying to get my timetable organised. There doesn't appear to be any advanced calculus or other math classes, I wonder if I could find a private tutor, or even organise a study group. So far I've signed up for Classics, European Languages, History of English, Honours English, World History, Physics and Biology. I've been assured that Chemistry will be offered next semester. I've found a roommate - Julian Sark. He seems quiet and willing to keep to himself, which is what I want. So many of the people here are so rowdy. I'm hoping to get a room on the fourth floor, it seems a bit quieter. I haven't run into River yet, I'm sure she's running around somewhere, though. (4 Comments |Comment on this)
